I was alarmed as I looked at the pack count currently and read: TOTAL MEMBER COUNT Nepenthes: 3 ; Retronym: 4 ; Colcannon: 2 ; Loners: 1 That has got to change! If this continues, Poor old Colcannon will be overrun by Retronym, and then they would take over the forest, and where's the fun in that? I want a Retronym character too... but I need some Colcannon buddies to RP with! Don't leave me hanging! Halcyon hasn't been on since I joined, I hope that changes! In summary: Join Colcannon, the good guys always win! (even if the dark side has cookies!!!)

No problem! I don't want to be roleplaying in a fight, and have to have my character taking on a small army, even if she could handle it! Once you make the healer, we so need to roleplay! I'm having my character stick close to the camp until she's Beta(Betaess? Deputy?) fo sho.
Also!
The other thing that has been bugging me is the oppen-ness and known-ness of Colcannon's camp! The other two are all... secreted and hidden... unlike Colcannon's... But when I'm deputy/Betaess I'll take that up with Halcyon. But just saying, you know?!

Yeh, I know, but it is supposed to be like that. The camp is hidden well, on the very top of the highest hill (there are like seven) and it is behind reeds and ferns that smell of dung so that animals can't tell that canines live there.
I told Halcyon not to change anything, anyways. xD I dunno, I just like the way things are.

I have an idea for my Colcannon wolf...but I have to wait until I have the money to buy wings! Otherwise it just wouldn't make any sense... :/
I need a Nepenthes wolf! Hmmm. A young one, perhaps? Like, only a year...

^Bump post. Bruiser thou hath disappointed me. Thine wolf would hath been a fine beast with noble intentions. I am disappointed that thine path is that of eeeevil. Why is Retronym so popular? The bad guys ALWAYS loose, even if they have some fun along the way. I mean, really? Really? TOTAL MEMBER COUNT Nepenthes: 3 ; Retronym: 5 ; Colcannon: 2 ; Loners: 3Gaah! We're being overrun! But really, Please? I want more people to roleplay with, right now it's just me and Halcyon. (And by the way, I'm not mad at anyone. Bored, yes. Don't take any of this personally, I just like making things that are somewhat important into a slightly bigger deal than they really ought to be.)

If it cheers you up I've been planning on making a Colcannon character. But I can definitely see the appeal of Retronym. Baddies tend to come hand in hand with fun plots, where it's much harder to think of decent plots for goodies. You know why? Good characters are expected to be just that. Bunny-hugging, flower-sniffing dreamers that only ever say please and thank you. It's a stereotypical view, in the least. Anyway, it's much easier to be bad than good. I'm sure we all know how that, but I'm just saying to help explain my point. Plus, we are all expected to act like nice little people offline. So it comes as a welcome release to vent stress and other issues through role playing, which makes for a mean character. A good one couldn't possibly offer the same relief, right? But on the subject of good always winning, I must say I disagree - sure, maybe in the majority of books and films (a huge cliché in my opinion), but why RPGs too? Nature is certainly vicious enough to rule out good altogether. If good is always victorious no matter what, then where is the truth in balance and yin/yang (for example)? Lol anyway, I could yadda on and on but wanted to offer a little input here. Sorry for the rambling!

We could force things to even out and have Prosper put a ban on Retronym wolves until the other packs and loners level out to 5 as well. :]

Hmm, I like your thinking Zapz! Although I wouldn't want someone to make a Colcannon wolf and never use it. @ Uchira Just because you play a "good" person doesn't mean that you can't have fights, arguments, etc. Everyone has a sin nature, since Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit that god told them not to eat. The only perfect person ever was Jesus, God's son. It doesn't matter how much you do good things or how little you do bad things, without Jesus, you're going to die and your soul will stay in hell, forever separated from God. Even if you do accept that Jesus is your savior and your lord, that you have sinned, and without him you will never be good enough to get into heaven, you still face many battles with darkness every day. Daily everyone (including me) struggles against our fleshly desires and the temptations of this world. There is no truth in "balance" or in the Yin - Yang thingy, but the Bible is nothing but truth, solid truth which has proved itself numerous times over. Today, many evil battles are fought and won, but in the end, God is going to lock Satan in a burning lake for a thousand years, then take him out and kick his butt one last time for good. Good will win in the end. In this RP, I don't know for sure; In real life, you'd better believe it. Please don't tell me a good character isn't interesting to play! I think it is much more interesting to fight something rather than succumb to it. You could make a bad character trying to come clean, and his struggles with that, or something along those lines. Very few of my characters are ever I respect you, and your point of view. It's just wrong.
